Kieran needs some action, and though his idea of what that means differs from mine, he will just have to bite his forked tongue and deal with it.

F A M I L Y

Let's face it, pureblood family trees are like tangled forests. Kieran is bound to be related, closely or distantly to several students. Chances are they'd come from every house too, but to be honest he'd ignore the existence of any in Gryffindor. He’s Slytherin to the bone and there’s nothing that could help him bridge that sea of rivalry. On the other hand, any relatives in Hufflepuff he might acknowledge if their family had a high enough social or financial standing, otherwise, sorry, you’ll be ignored as well. Ravenclaw relatives he’ll treat no differently than the Slyths. So if you’re up for some family entanglements, good or bad, I’m up for it.

F R I E N D S

Kieran isn’t exactly the best buds type. Using relationships as a means to an end has been ingrained in him from the cradle. Even his infant playmates were carefully selected for him based on the pretentious Prince family values. However, that being said, he will have a certain, fondness, for one or two of his contemporaries, either a Slyth & Raven, or two Slyths. Yes, he’s very house biased. Outside of these two ‘close’ friends, he will have several friendly connections that serve more political purposes than social. Naturally, some of these ‘friends’ will be using him for the same reason, but he realizes this and doesn’t care- it’s part of the game.

E N E M I E S

This is a tricky category. He’s clearly going to have many people hating him. He’s a dirty Slytherin, he knows it and loves it. He’s house biased, he’s a pureblood supremist, he’s a womanizer, and scoffs at authority that doesn’t see things as he does. There also needs to be some of those that ride the fence between friends and enemies, for as they say- keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Trust will not come easily to him, but charming people around him will, so these fake friends will be in for some interesting games of cat and mouse. I would love to see how that would play out.

L O V E R S

Raised as a gentleman, he uses his talents to his advantage. Witches of the appropriate standing, background, house, and blood purity, will receive the utmost of his respect as he was raised to do. They'll be treated like ladies and most often pampered. (aka Syltherins & Ravenclaws, rich, powerful, and pureblooded in case that passed you by.) Then there are those he’ll like to toy with, the one’s he would never take seriously but have his fun with nonetheless simply because he can and doing so won’t necessary sully him. At the bottom of this hierarchy of romance are Muggleborns, Gryffindors, and of course, the lower classes. He’d sooner walk over them than acknowledge them and if he does, he’s in the mood for a cruel game and they should run- fast. Kieran showing interest in one of them is never a good thing. However- there's bound to be a girl or two out there to be just as good at this as he is- which I would love to see! He could use a good does of comeuppance.


So, there it is. I need to get Kieran going here and if you’d like to help me out in any of these areas, please do so. I’m not nearly as dangerous as he is, so if you have an idea to toy him with, let me know. I’d love to torture him. Some of you might have gotten a taste of him in the games threads, so yeah… he’s a character alright. Git might be a better epitaph.

Ideas, thread requests, whatnot, have at me. Currently he's waiting around the sixth floor.

Well, since they've been going have and forth in the
games board, I figured I should offer Linette up for
some plottage. She's a pureblood of French origin
and a Ravenclaw, so in theory they would get along.
I think outside of school she would be polite to him
because she's very good at acting like she's supposed
to. And even in school, since he's another rich pureblood
she wouldn't be able to bitch at him too much because
he could tell her parents, but underneath the polite act
she has serious anger issues (and she's secretly a pyro-
maniac.) Seeing as he seems to push her buttons, it
could be fun to put them in a thread together, yeah?

well minerva hates his guts and thinks he's a butthead. ha.
so yeah. anything really. they can completely hate each other.
minerva would hate his flirty-ness and pureblood supreme-ness
also, quidditch rivals would have to be in order.

I think it would work great with Linette. Friends I suppose, though I imagine he'd try to push her into more. I don't think she'd have to keep up the front with him at school too long as he'd probably enjoy sharing that side of her- like he'd covet knowing her in ways others don't, he's selfish enough. From what he's already shown me, he's rather drawn to her and that might not play out to his advantage, but rather hers. It would be rather interesting to see how they play out.
It doesn't matter to me who starts, so- any preferences for threadage, ideas? We're at your command. ;D

And of course, Minerva. Oh, I do believe a quidditch rivalry is in order. She seems the sort to give him some good rows, and he needs a few advesaries won't wilt under him. Her age and house will only add to his ire. I always got the sense that McGonagall had some deep seated reservations where Snape was concerned, like she fought with what she knew of him, and what she felt he could be. Perhaps it could relate back to Kieran? Just a thought. I'm curious what she'll throw at him.

Well, it could work against her if he ever stumbled across her little
secret, but she would for sure try to reject his advances, and yet
appreciate being able to be a little more herself around him. She's
a bit strange, granted, but there's a lot of repressed anger in there
yearning to get out and burn people. Either way, it would be very
interesting. I'll start a thread on the lawns, with a nighttime setting.
Just because she likes nighttime and she's been stuck in the box for
a while now.
