{I CANT BELIEVE THE NEWS TODAY}
{AND THE BATTLES JUST BEGUN}
FULL NAME: George Bertram Eaves
AGE: 50
YEAR or OCCUPATION: Hogwarts Librarian (Someone had to be there before Pince! Plus... I just like the library.)
BIRTHDAY: 7th June
SCHOOL/FORMER SCHOOL: Hogwarts
HOUSE/FORMER HOUSE: Hufflepuff
FAMILY: My parents died when I was at school. I have one sister though – Lottie(46), who has a gaggle of daughters. Mildred (16), Gloria (14), Evelyn (12), and little baby Mary (3), who we weren’t expecting. Lottie’s husband is named Alexander Babington.
ANYTHING ELSE: Well, I’d like to add that I’m a bit of an upper class twit, actually. I just popped into Emily’s head a minute ago when she was watching Jeeves and Wooster (Could you tell I’m loosely based on Bertie, what?). Oh, and I have a preference for gentlemen. Don’t let anyone know though, cause the world doesn’t have much of a tolerence for it at the moment, don’t you know!
{WE EAT AND DRINK WHILE TOMORROW THEY DIE}
The Doctor grinned at Donna's exception to him naming something so odd looking. "Even creepy green heads need names, Donna." he told her, the seriousness in his voice belying the humour in his face. "And By the way, I am exactly as clever as I think I am, thank you very much."
As they had come to a standstill, The Doctor typed a few instructions in to the TARDIS. The picture displayed on the monitor changed, and he read the new readings. They told him the galactic location of the planet. They told him the climate and the atmosphere outside the walls. They told him that in their immediate vicinity there were no discernable lifeforms. They didn't tell him the name of the planet on which they had landed, although the coordinates seemed ominously familiar.
Before he realised where she was going, Donna had thrown Hubert out of the door and followed him through. The doctor silently cursed her eagerness. She didn't even know if the air would be breathable. "Donna! Slow down!" he called after her. "You don't know what's out there yet!" He paused, his expression comically surprised. "Hang on, did I really just say that?" he asked no one in particular.
He grabbed his overcoat from one of the pillars by the door and followed Donna and Hubert through, throwing on the coat and sheilding his eyes. He was pensieve as he looked around, trying to place the coordinates. "I know that the TARDIS wanted us here, and I know that I've been here before... but..." he trailed off, and turned to his friend, grinning. "Well, that's the brilliant thing about being so old!" he told her happily, still a little miffed behind his exterior exuberance. "I've been to so many places I've forgotten more than I remember. I get to explore all over again!"
His eyes adjusted to the light, and he looked around more closely. The readings had been right. Barren. He grinned and strode forwards, beckoning with his head for Donna to follow. "Couldn't see any life signs, but I didn't so a full sweep. Let's go find out why we're here."
